Champion Petfoods, Makers of ORIJEN® Pet Food, Scores Two-Year Sponorship with The Toronto 6ix
TORONTO - FEBRUARY 3, 2022 - The Toronto 6ix, one of six teams in the Premier Hockey Federation (previously the National Women’s Hockey League), is proud to announce Champion Petfoods, which makes ORIJEN® pet food products, has signed on as the second Trailblazing Six sponsor of the hockey franchise.
The two-year sponsorship between the Alberta-based company and the 6ix will capitalize on the investment in women’s sports from Champion Petfoods through direct financial assistance, marketing support, and allyship, with the goal to establish a viable and profitable sports entertainment product that drives change for women and offers an elevated experience on the ice, in the locker room, and throughout our communities.

Champion Petfoods will be the presenting sponsor of the team’s Pet Roster, and the official pet food provider for all the Toronto 6ix players who have pets. Champion Petfoods will also provide 500 free Toronto Six tickets and ORIJEN pet food samples to all fans who attend the Toronto Six’s “Pet Appreciation Game” on Sunday, March 13, 2022.
